Welcome to the heart of Genoa's historic center, where comfort, elegance and functionality come together to offer you a unique experience. Our apartment offers three spacious rooms and two bathrooms, ideal for accommodating up to 8 people. Each room, including the Blue, Gray and Mustard, combines elegance and comfort with double beds, Smart TV and air conditioning. Available to guests: a Jacuzzi, fast WiFi, Alexa, washer/dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Upon entering, you will be greeted by a bright living room with an open kitchen and sofa bed. The spacious and functional room is beautifully furnished and includes a 45'' Smart TV, a dining table and two elegant armchairs from the early 1900s. The original brick walls and exposed beams are enhanced by lighting designed to bring out the details.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, stove, microwave oven and coffee maker. In addition, the quiet and comfortable spaces of the themed rooms also make the apartment perfect for business travelers.

Blue Room
The Blue Room elegantly combines antique and modern elements. The finely restored dresser and nightstands from the early 1900s blend harmoniously with the contemporary lines and distinctive color chosen for the room. The beautifully detailed and relaxing space is equipped with air conditioning and Smart TV, offering guests maximum comfort for a pleasant and rejuvenating stay.
Yellow Room
The Yellow Room is designed to provide a warm, cozy and relaxing environment. Equipped with two beds that can be configured as single or double, it easily adapts to guests' needs. For families, a crib can be added for children up to 5 years old. Reclaimed furnishings, such as bedside tables and chair, have been carefully renovated for Genoa Sweet Home, giving a unique touch to the room. Complete with Smart TV and independent air conditioning, this spacious room ensures a comfortable and pleasant stay.
Gray Room
With elegant shades of gray and black and custom paneling, the Gray Room offers a refined and modern atmosphere. Also ideal for smartworking, it features a desk with dedicated lighting and a Smart TV that can be used as a monitor.
